Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Midway Flames Softball

Please read the above policy as Baseball and Softball follow the same policy.

Fall Baseball

Registration will close August 21st, 2024 Refunds will be given up to that date. If the season is canceled for some uncontrolled reason. MBSA will assess and determine a refund or credit based on the time or time left in the season. If a player is injured or moved out of town. MBSA will handle these cases on a per player basis.

Flames Fall Softball

Registration will close August 21st, 2024 Refunds will be given up to that date. If the season is canceled for some uncontrolled reason. Chicago Knights Baseball Camp

This is a free baseball camp sponsored by the Chicago Knights Baseball and 23rd Ward Alderman Sylvana Tabares. This camp is for registered Spring 2023 MBSA players. It is open to the first 50 players ages 7 through 12.

Midway Camps at UIC

This is a free camp there is no return policy.

Umpire Registration

This is an umpire registration application and there is no fee required.
